Pastors are no exception. Life becomes a balancing act. My young adult children, with 3 children each, who’s spouses are professionals, discuss with me how stressed they are. They live from paycheck to paycheck, just barely getting from month to month. I am concerned about them, but I cannot interfere. I recommend a quiet time each day, and prayer. I softly remind them that God is with them in all they do. I also remind them that they are in my prayers daily, and how much I love them. We need to find a way to relieve stress from young adults through a mission to do so. We might find more young people attending our churches.
